5. Sa cheme cate o prietena pe saptamana careia sa –i ofere machiajul gratuit si pe care sa exerseze machiajul la care mai are inca de invatat.

Voi ce sfaturi aveti?

Never stop practicing, even when you think you are the best

Probably my title fits in many areas, but as always I like to write about ours only. To practice is part of our work as makeup artists, and during this fasting period, when there are no weddings, and appointments are almost non-existent, it is the perfect time to practice.

I was talking with two makeup artists friends who were telling me laughing, pawkily, that they were off their game in this fasting period, without appointments, and besides doing their own makeup more often, they call their friends to do their makeup as well.

This is probably more true for beginners makeup artists, but it does not hurt anyone to practice non-stop. No matter how good or talented we think we are, we never should never stop practicing.

Here's what I advised them to do:

1. To do their makeup daily, as creative as possible.

2. To choose 2-3 makeup styles per week, made by your favorite trainers and reproduce them, for practice and inspiration

3. To follow 2-3 youtube channels with a variety of makeup and then try it on their friends

4. During this time there are seminars, masterclasses and training courses, it is not bad to go and visit them

5. To call a friend per week, do their makeup for free and use them to practice the makeup which they still have to learn.

What advice do you have?
